On Jan 10 Asenyefigha Papanye, 31, of Brooklyn turned himself in at Greenwich Police station on an active arrest warrant pursuant to his involvement in a larceny and illegal use of a credit card in after an incident on Railroad Avenue December 2017.
He was wanted for the following charges:
Larceny 6, Identity Theft 1, Criminal Impersonation and Forgery 2. Bond was set at $50,000.
While in custody police determined that Papanye had an active felony warrant out of Union County in New Jersey.
He was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice. He was held on $250,000 bond and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 25, 2019.
