On Saturday around 6:30pm, a resident of Putnam Green was smoking the remains of a marijuana joint when police noticed him.
According to Lt Slusarz, a man was sitting out in front of his home when police stopped and said hello. “They saw and smelled marijuana,” Slusarz said. “They asked, Do you have any marijuana?’ and he said, ‘I only have a roach.'”
The man was issued a ticket.
