Arthur Netter, 24, of 100 Pond Lily Ave in New Haven was arrested by Greenwich Police on the afternoon Aug 31 after a report of a solicitor on Circle Drive in Cos Cob who didn’t appear to have a permit.
Police located the suspect who appeared to be selling magazines. Mr. Netter acknowledged that he did not have a permit and was placed under arrest. He was charged with Violation of a Town Ordinance, Soliciting without a Permit.
His bond was set at $75, which he was able to post. He was then released and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept. 7, 2016.
