Greenwich Police arrested Greenwich resident Jack Nastahowski, 60, this week on a charge of Violation of Protective Order.
Police say they were dispatched to a residence in Byram on a report of a violation of protective order. Nastahowski was located at the residence and confirmed to be in violation of a protective order.
After he was arrested and processed, he was released after posting the required 7% of his $1,000 bond. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the following day.
Last June, Nastahowski was arrested by GPD after an incident in Byram, during which police say he got into an argument with several people and ended up striking a woman with a closed fist.
A separate arrest report from a different officer said that an hour after that incident, Nastahowski assaulted a victim causing visible injuries. He was charged by warranted by warrant for Criminal Trespass 2, Breach of Peace 2, Assault 3 and Threatening 2.
