Greenwich Police responded to Byram on Friday night after receiving a report of an unwanted person who had been outside a residence in back country earlier in the day.
Police say Sharad C Jaitly, 64, of Homestead Lane had been at the back country residence but had left. Investigation determined that Jaitly violated a protective order by being at the residence. He was charged with criminal Trespass 1 and Violating a Protective Order. He was assigned the next available court date in Stamford Superior Court, July 27, 2020. His bond was set at $200.
