Kevin Slusarz, 53, of 149 Greenwich Avenue was arrested by Greenwich Police on March 15 following an incident at Greenwich Library.
Investigation revealed that earlier in the day security guards and Greenwich Police had advised Mr. Slusarz to depart the library.
However, Slusarz failed to depart Greenwich Library, and at about 5:45pm, Greenwich Police located him in the library and arrested him for Criminal Trespass 1st degree.
Slusarz was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior court on March 29, 2017.
