On Tuesday Aug 14, a Stamford teen was at Stamford Superior Court on an unrelated matter. Police were aware of his active warrant from Greenwich Police for the theft of a 2017 Chevy Cruze stemming back to Nov 12, 2017 on Monica Rd in Pemberwick.
Taalib McPhatter, 19, of Belltown Rd in Stamford was detained by CT Judicial Marshals who then turned him over to Greenwich Police. His bond was set at $50,000.
McPhatter was charged with Larceny 2 and held at Stamford Superior Court for same day arraignment.
