On Sunday, Oct 29, around 7:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to a complaint of two men actively fighting in the area of Glenville Street in Glenville.
Investigation revealed that both men were engaged in a verbal argument that grew physical.
Jason Philip Bien, 33, of 70 Glenville Street was determined to be the primary aggressor and was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
His bond was set at $100, which he was able to post.
He was assigned a court date on Oct 30, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
