David Ryan Dworak, 32, of 4 Oakland Place in Plainville, CT was arrested on Oct 7 at about 4:30pm after an incident on South New Street in Byram. On the afternoon of Oct 7, Greenwich Police responded to 10 S. New Street in an effort to locate Mr. Dworak for unlawfully entering an apartment and rummaging through a dresser drawer there.
Dworak was taken into custody without incident and charged with Burglary 3rd degree. His bond was set at $2,000, which he was unable to post. He was placed in a Greenwich Police cell block.
He was assigned a court date on October 21, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
