Greenwich Police responded to single family residence in Cos Cob on the afternoon of Aug 21 a report of an unknown person trespassing who had just left the scene.
Police say that when they arrived in the neighborhood the located and detained Sean Hassan Jarrett, 28, of Bridgeport in close proximity to the residence.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Jarrett had unlawfully entered and remained in a private gated community and was in possession of stolen property. Police said Mr. Jarrett had made statements that he had entered the shed and had taken medical supplies.
He was arrested and charged with Burglary 3, Criminal Trespass 3 and Larceny 6 (two counts).
Jarrett was unable to post his $5,000 bond and remanded to police custody.
He was assigned a date of Sept 6 in Stamford Superior Court.
