Greenwich Police arrested a Yonkers, NY man Thursday night around 11:00pm after they responded to a report of an assault at Eastend Restaurant at at 409 Greenwich Ave.
Police determined on scene that a man had pushed a woman and punched another man multiple times causing him to lose consciousness.
A short while later, police said another fight was reported in near proximity to Eastend Restaurant. The description of the suspect matched the description from the first incident. Investigation revealed that Mr. Pierro was also the person who assaulted the man at East End.
The suspect was identified as Christopher J Pierro, 39, of Yonkers.
He was charged with two counts of Breach of Peace 2 and one count of Assault 2, a class D Felony.
His bond was set at $5,000.
He was able to post the required 7% minimum and was released. He is due in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 18, 2024.
