Man Charged for Repeatedly Touching Woman at Train Station

A New York man was arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday afternoon after a woman reported being harassed at the Greenwich train station.

Around 1:00pm officers determined that the subject, Albert Davis, 30, of E 30th Street in New York, NY, had created a public disturbance within the train station by repeatedly touching the woman.

They say the woman asked him several times to stop touching her and stay away. However, the man failed to comply and she ran away to call for help.

Mr. Davis was arrested on scene and charged with Breach of Peace 2. His bond was set at $250, which he was not immediately able to post.

Davis has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 26, 2018.
