On Sunday morning Greenwich Police responded to the Pemberwick on a report of a violation of a restraining order.
Police arrived around 7:00am and determined that the subject, Mohamed Daoud, was sleeping in the basement of a house on Hollow Wood Lane.
Investigation determined that Mr. Daoud was in violation of the ex-parte restraining order by being in that location.
He was charged with criminal Violation of Restraining Order. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 10, 2018.
