On Tuesday March 8, Nicholas Rao, 33, of 14 1/2 West View Ave Rye Brook, NY turned himself in at Greenwich Police station on an active warrant held by Greenwich Police for an incident stemming back to the afternoon of Feb. 20 on Kirby Street in Byram.
Mr. Rao was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Violation of a Restraining Order. He was released on a bond of $25,000 and assigned a day in Stamford Superior Court on March 9.
