Kevin Bourke, 42, of 25 Tomac Ave in Old Greenwich, was arrested at Greenwich High School on Oct. 18 at around 12:50pm by Greenwich Police after allegedly punching his ex-wife’s boyfriend in the face. Police received a report of an assault that had just occurred. The incident took place among parents at a sporting event around 12:50pm.
According to police a bystander quickly intervened and separated the two without incident. “They tussled and he punched him,” Lt. Gray said. Police responded to the southern bleachers and witnesses confirmed that Kevin Bourke provoked an altercation with a male victim.
Bourke charged with breach of Peace 2nd degree. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and released. He has a court date in Stamford on Oct. 26.
