On Friday around noon Greenwich Police responded to McDonald’s on East Putnam Ave in Riverside on a report of an altercation.
As a result of the incident, one person involved was injured.
Police arrested Toren Hicks, 40, of Washington Blvd in Stamford and charged him with Breach of Peace 2 and Assault 3.
His bond was set at $250 which he was able to post. He has a date in Stamford superior Court on June 21, 2019.
