Kevin C Rafferty, 55, turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on the morning of Oct. 17 on an active warrant from an incident dating back to Sept. 22 on King Street.
Rafferty, of 151 Guernsey lane in New Milford, was taken into custody and processed by Greenwich Police. He was charged with Assault in the 3rd degree. His bond was set at$3,000 by Judge Tindill. A court date of Oct. 24 was set for Stamford Superior Court and Rafferty was released without incident.
