In a case of Larceny on Sunday morning, Greenwich Police say they received a report of stolen lottery tickets at Putnam Shell at 401 West Putnam Avenue.
The reporting party was able to provide video surveillance of the suspect stealing from the establishment.
The suspect was identified as Shawn Kingsley Olipahant, 36, of Davenport Avenue in New York.
He was charged with Larceny 6 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 3, 2018. He was released on a promise to appear.
