Last week Greenwich Police arrested a local man by warrant for an incident that took place back in February on Glenville Street.
According to the arrest report John Daniel Binnie, 60, was wanted by warrant after he was suspected of being under the influence.
Police say that Mr. Binnie turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters and was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Illegal Operation Motor Vehicle without Minimum Insurance, Evading Responsibility, DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
He was released on a promise to appear and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 10, 2023.
