Back on Aug 27 August, Lloyd Cooke, 51, of Quarry Knoll in Greenwich, was arrested around 11:50pm after police responded to Quarry Knoll on a report of an altercation.
Mr. Cooke allegedly hit another person in the face during the argument.
Mr. Cooke was given a misdemeanor summons and was assigned a date in court on Aug 28.
On Feb 20 Mr. Cooke was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree and Assault 3 on an Elderly Person.
Police say Mr. Cooke did not appear in court for his Feb 8, 2019 court appearance. Court set bond was $5,000. He has a new date in Stamford Superior Court on March 6, 2019.
