On Thursday afternoon, Stamford Superior Court officials contacted Greenwich Police regarding a warrant for David Giacomara, 21, of 31 Harold Ave, Apt. B in Greenwich.
After confirming the warrant, detectives responded to the Stamford Superior Court and arrested Giacomara, who was transported to the Greenwich Police Headquarters.
Giacomara was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree. He had missed a court appearance on October 7 for Operation While License is Suspended stemming from an incident back on May 8. His bond was set by the court at $5,000.
He was unable to post said bond and was subsequently placed into a Cell Block.
