Larceny at Aux Délices Catches up with Rye Man

On May 24, Arthur Fisher turned himself in to Greenwich Police on an active arrest warrant for Larceny 5th degree stemming back to an incident on April 25.

Back in April Mr. Fisher, 62, of 5 Oakwood Ave in Rye, NY, entered Aux Delices in Riverside and was recorded on store surveillance video picking up an unattended wallet owned by a local resident.

The owner of the wallet had left the wallet on the self-serve coffee bar.

Mr Fisher was observed on video placing the wallet in his pocket and leaving Aux Delices. The wallet was later retrieved from a US Postal Service mailbox. It was missing cash, but had the credit cards and ID inside.

Mr. Fisher has a court date on June 1, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court. His bond was set at $500.
