Hector Luis Marrero, 35, whose last known address was on North Water Street in Byram, was charged with one count of Failure to Appear 1st degree and one count of Failure to Appear 2nd degree on Tuesday at about 1:30am for an incident stemming back to Dec 13, 2014 on Bruce Park Ave in Greenwich.
Mr. Marrero was brought to Greenwich Police headquarters by the Fugitive Recovery Agency after learning of his active warrants issued by Stamford Superior Court.
His bond was set at $25,000 for the Failure to Appear 1 charge and $7,500 for Failure to Appear 2 charge.
