Around 4:00 pm on Dec 29, Greenwich Police received a report that two workers on a job site on Meadowcroft Lane job site had an argument that resulted in one kicking the other in the groin.
The complaint was verified by police who spoke with two witnesses.
Lt Slusarz said victim told police, “He kicked me so hard he took the breath out of me.”
Umberto Zuccarelli, 61, of 953 King Street was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 12, 2018.
