Kevin B Delrosario, 21, of 370 Westport Ave in Norwalk, was arrested on May 27 on an outstanding warrant for an incident stemming back to September 13, 2012 on West Putnam Ave.
Delrosario, who was 18 at the age of the incident, was able to post bond of $5,000 and was release with a court date of June 3, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
