Greenwich Woman Charged with Trespass at GHS, Threatening and Risk of Injury to a Minor

Latoya Forbes, 40, of 20 Brookside Drive in Greenwich was arrested on May 27 by Greenwich Police for charges stemming back to an incident at Greenwich High School on March 31 at 9:30.

Forbes turned herself in at Greenwich Police department who had an active warrant for her arrest. She was charged with Risk of Injury/Impairing  Morals of a Minor, Criminal Trespass 3, Breach of Peace 2 and Threatening with a Hazardous Substance 1st degree.

According to Greenwich Police Lt. Nemecek a note was given to a student that caused alarm.  “The person forged a note to make it like a kid had written in it,” he said, though he added that the threat was not aimed to any particular student. “The student she handed the note to was familiar with her.”

Her bond was set at $5,000 which she was able to post. She has a date scheduled in Stamford Superior Court on June 5, 2017.
