On Friday, Jan 31 police arrested Michelle S Andujar, 29, of Delavan Ave on an active warrant for Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane. The charges stem back to an incident on Delavan Ave on Jan 16, 2020 when police investigated a hit and run.
Investigation determined that a vehicle operated by Andujar had hit two parked cars and left the scene.
Andujar’s bond was set at $10,000, which Andujar was able to post. She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 14, 2020.
Andujar also has a case awaiting disposition in Stamford Superior Court. She was charged with Assault 3 on Oct 9, 2019.
