Christine Marie Lavin, 28, of 286 Bruce Park Extension in Greenwich was arrested on March 24 and charged with Failure to Appear in Norwalk Superior Court.
The arrest followed a routine traffic stop around 7:00am near Delavan Ave and Frontage Road in Byram for a car driven by Ms. Lavin whose car had no functioning break lights.
The warrant had been issued after Ms. Lavin missed a day in court on Feb 3, 2017.
Ms. Lavin was issued a misdemeanor summons for motor vehicle violations. She was able to post the court set bond of $5,000 and was released. She has a court date on April 14, 2017 in Norwalk Superior Court.
