Greenwich Police say that on Dec 13 Samantha Garcia, 24, of Greenwich reported to police headquarters on a third party report of an incident. Investigation revealed that Garcia threw items all over the residence after an argument with the victim.
Police charged Garcia with Disorderly Conduct. She was assigned a same day court appearance in Stamford Superior Court.
She was able to post her 10% of her $100 court set bond and was released from custody.
