Greenwich Woman Charged with Criminal Impersonation, Forgery after Incident at Car Rental Company

Greenwich Police arrested a local woman on Monday on multiple charges stemming from a visit to Enterprise Rent A Car on Edgewood Ave.

Police say they responded to the car rental business on a report of a woman attempting to rent a car using false documents.

On scene investigation revealed that Adama Diallo, 29, of Greenwich, criminally impersonated a victim using a counterfeit Tennessee driver’s license with the victim’s personal identifiable information and attempted to rent a car from Enterprise with that document.

Further, investigation revealed that the document belonged to another person and Ms Diallo also possessed a credit card in that person’s name.

Diallo was charged with:

Criminal Impersonation

Forgery 3
Interfering with an Officer/Resisting

Her bond was set at $250,000, which she was unable to post.

She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 16, 2023.
