Tak H Eng, 61, of 175 Shore Road in Old Greenwich and a 16-year-old juvenile male were both arrested after a getting into a physical altercation in the CVS on Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich on Friday, Feb. 6.
The incident, which took place just before 5:00pm, resulted in Breach of Peace Charges for both Eng and the juvenile.
The 16-year-old was referred to juvenile Court in Stamford. Eng was released on a promise to appear and has a court date of Feb. 13 in Stamford Superior Court.
