Due to the large volume of fire on arrival crews quickly initiated a fire attack as well as completed primary searches of the fire building and exposure buildings nearby.

A total of four lines were stretched and operated to bring the fire under control.

“Thankfully, there have been no reported injuries to civilians or fire personnel,” they said in their post.

The scene was turned over to the Greenwich Fire Marshal’s Office who will be conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire.
