Several Greenwich Police Units responded to the Mobil Gas Station at 250 East Putnam Ave on the morning of Feb 7 on a report of a possible stolen vehicle parked in the area.
Upon investigating, officers were able to make contact with the reported owner of the vehicle and confirmed it had been stolen from Queens, NY.
The driver, who was later identified as Karon Aloysius, Hannah, 31, of Passaic, New Jersey, was taken into custody where he refused to speak and give officers his name.
Mr. Hannah was charged with Larceny 1st degree and Interfering with Officer/Resisting Arrest.
His bond was set at $500,000, which he was unable to post.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 21, 2024.
