On Thursday, May 23 at 8:18am Greenwich Police responded to the Hyatt Regency Greenwich on East Putnam Ave on a report of a subject found deceased in his bed at the hotel.
The death was listed as Sudden Death Overdose on the police run sheet provided to press, but Lt John Slusarz said the cause of death is under investigation.
“We won’t know how he died until after the Medical Examiner conducts their investigation,” Slusarz said.
Slusarz did say the deceased was a man and that there were no signs of foul play.
