Greenwich Police Charge Woman with Violating Protective Order, Again

On October 21 a former Greenwich resident who now resides at The Farms Road in Bedford, NY, Carmen E Santos, 45, was charged by Greenwich Police for Violating a Protective Order on Oct 9, 2019. Ms Santos was arrested when she turned herself in at Greenwich Police Dept. Her bond was set at $25,000 and she was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 22, 20109. Police say Santos allegedly contacted the victim in violation of a protective order.

Santos has several charges awaiting disposition according to the CT Judicial Branch website.

For an incident on Feb 14, 2019 she is charged with Violating a Protective order, two counts of Risk of Injury to a Child, and Disorderly Conduct.

Last February Santos turned herself in on an active warrant for Risk of Injury to a Child (felony), Disorderly Conduct (misdemeanor) and Violation of Protective Order (felony) for an incident stemming back to Jan 15, 2019 on Burying Hill Rd in back country.

Also, back on September 21, 2018, Greenwich Police responded to Burying Hill Rd on a report of a verbal argument. On scene investigation revealed that the victim claimed the offender began the argument and that it had escalated when Santos slammed some computer equipment. Santos was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

In March she surrendered to Greenwich Police on an outstanding warrant and was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child (felony), Disorderly Conduct, and Violation of a Protective Order (felony).
