On April 11 Greenwich Police observed a vehicle on Mill Street in Byram that had committed several moving violations. A motor vehicle stop was subsequently conducted.
During the investigation, the driver was arrested. He requested the accused, Cheryl Elizabeth Minishi, 25, of Stamford, remove the vehicle from the scene.
While speaking to Ms Minishi, police determined she was also under the influence of an intoxicating substance.
Minishi was advised to leave the scene. However she continued to shout at officers and interfere with the investigation.
She was arrested and charged with Interfering with Officer/Resisting and Disorderly Conduct.
Minishi was released on a Promise to Appear and transported to Norwalk Police Dept where she was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from that department.
