At the last Board of Selectmen meeting First Selectman Fred Camillo talked about upcoming work at the front of Town Hall for ADA compliance and to enhance security.
“We’ll be moving things on line and that will cut down on foot traffic to the building a well as make it more convenient for our residents,” he said.
The same day, Greenwich Police announced in a Facebook post that starting Friday, August 1, 2025, the Greenwich’s Department of Parking Services will relocate from its current location at Greenwich Town Hall to the inside of the Greenwich Public Safety Building, where both the Greenwich Police Department and the Greenwich Fire Department are housed.

Friday, August 1, 2025, the Greenwich’s Department of Parking Services will move from its current location at Greenwich Town Hall on Field Point Road.
The building is located at 11 Bruce Place, Greenwich, CT 06830
The same in-person services that take place at Town Hall will be available at the new location.
The Parking Services Dept’s two staffed service windows will instead be located in the lobby of the Public Safety Building.
This move will not affect any Police Department services.
Police Records, Fingerprinting, and Alarms will continue operating from their existing spots in the Public Safety Building.
For quick visits, 15-minute parking is available in Police Alley and across the street in the Town Hall Annex lot at 27 Havemeyer Place.
People are encouraged to take advantage of the convenient online services whenever possible at greenwichct.rmcpay.com
“We’d like to thank our dedicated Parking Services employees for all their hard work and look forward to seeing them in their new location!” Greenwich Police said in a post on Facebook.
