Emilio Garcia-Alejo, 35, of 142 Hamilton Ave in Greenwich, was arrested on Aug 19 for a a charged stemming from a motor vehicle stop on West Putnam Ave back on May 5, 2015.
On Aug 19 Mr. Garcia-Alejo turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on an active warrant issued in September 2015 that originated from the original motor vehicle stop.
He was processed for Failure to Appear 2nd degree and assigned a court date of Aug 26 in Stamford Superior Court. He was able to post his $250 bond and released.
