Greenwich Man Known to Police Charged with Violating Protective Order, Trespass

Greenwich Police arrested a local man on Friday night after responding to  a Riverside residence on a report of a man yelling outside a residence.

Officers located the man, identified as Blaise Martin Bruno, 40, of Greenwich.

Investigation revealed that a protective order existed wherein Mr. Bruno was prohibited from being at the location.

Further, it was revealed that Mr. Bruno had been arrested earlier the same day with violating conditions of release that prohibited him from returning to the residence. This stemmed from an incident at the same location back in May 2023.

He was charged with Violation of a Protective Order, Violation of Conditions of Release 2, and Criminal Trespass 1.

He was unable to post his $100,000 bond and was placed into a cell at police headquarters. He was assigned the next available court date, March 11, 2024.
