On the morning of Dec 28 Greenwich Police responded to the YMCA on East Putnam Avenue on a report of a man who had entered the swimming pool completely naked.
According to a release from Greenwich Police, when the man was asked to exit the pool, he did so in a slow manner exposing himself to the children who were present in the pool.
The man, James Sawyer, 62, of Shoal Point Lane in Riverside, was located at his residence.
He was placed under arrest for the following charges: Risk of Injury to Child, Breach of Peace 2 and Public Indecency.
His bond was set at $240 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 11, 2010.
