Greenwich Man Charged with Harassment after Threatening Voice Mail

On Oct 7 around 8:00pm, Greenwich police responded to an address in Chickahominy on a report of ongoing harassment.

Police say Kevin Joyce, 48, of 11 Quarry Knoll in Greenwich had been sending harassing text messages to a victim.

Police say that in one of the voice mails, Mr. Joyce stated “remember I can still kill you.”

Police responded to Quarry Knoll and arrested Mr. Joyce, and charged him with Harassment 2.

He was released on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 22, 2018.

Mr. Joyce is known to Greenwich Police. Back in May 2012, he was one of four men arrested for an incident in which a rifle was fired at the Miller Motors dealership. Two days after a report from the area of Livingston Place of gunfire, the Miller Motors building was discovered to have several bullet holes.

According to the CT Judicial Branch website in August 2012 he was found guilty of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a Class D Felony.
