On June 13 Greenwich Police arrested Christopher Link, 58, of Putnam Park in Greenwich and charged him with Harassment 2nd Degree/Electronic Communication.
On Friday, June 13, Mr. Link surrendered himself to Greenwich Police on an outstanding warrant that originated from a harassment incident which took place during an investigation against Mr. Link in regard to one of his neighbors.
Police said that on multiple occasions Link had looked through his neighbor’s window, made inappropriate comments into the Ring camera and had struck fear in the neighbor’s family.
Mr. Link was previously arrested in April following an investigation into multiple vandalism incidents of property damage caused by projectiles in the areas of Putnam Hill and Putnam Park. One such incident occurred in the overnight hours of March 26, 2025, when several projectiles struck an apartment window, some penetrating the glass and causing damage inside the residence.
Link was processed on the new Harassment charge and was released after posting his $25,000 bond with a bail bondsman.
He is due in Stamford Superior Court on June 27, 2025.
