On Friday around 11:00pm Greenwich Police officers responded to a report of a crash in the area of Indian Field Road.
Responding officers were able to locate the driver and vehicle involved in the crash.
Police say the driver, Luis Enrique Santos, 26, of Greenwich presented with glassy, bloodshot eyes and had the odor similar to alcoholic beverage.
Mr. Santos was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI, Failure to Drive Upon Right and Evading Responsibility.
He was able to post the required 7% of his $250 bond and was assigned a date in Stamford superior Court on March 1, 2024.
