David Garr, 36, of 105 Greenwich Ave in Greenwich was arrested on Sept 7 at around 7:00am after Greenwich Police were dispatched to Greenwich Ave on a report of a physical argument.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Garr tackled the victim to the ground during the argument. He was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $2,000 and he has a court date of Sept. 7, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
