James J Cummiskey, 23, of 19 Brookridge Drive in Greenwich was arrested by Greenwich Police on Aug 30.
Cummiskey turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on the 30th on an active arrest warrant stemming from an incident on Old Church Road the morning of Aug 8.
Cummiskey was charged with Criminal Mischief 1st degree. He was able to post his court set bond of $1,500 and was released. He has a court date at Stamford Superior Court on Sept. 14, 2016.
