On Wednesday Jan 30 around 8:00am Greenwich Police officers and detectives responded to 5 Armstrong Court on a report of a burglary.
While on scene, police determined that Darius McGrath, 18, of 4 Armstrong Court #21 was in possession of stolen properties. McGrath was arrested and charged with Burglary 1 and Larceny 5.
According to Lt Slusarz Mr. McGrath broke into one of the apartments in Armstrong Court and stole a 60 inch TV.
His bond was set at $5,000,which he was unable to post. He he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 15, 2019.
