Greenwich Man Charged with Assault and Strangulation

On July 20 around 12:30am, Greenwich Police responded to a residence in Pemberwick after a report of a 911 hang up call with a female screaming, “Get out.”

Rinello was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Violation of Protective Order, Assault 3 and Strangulation 3.

He was assigned a court appearance later the same day.

His bond was set at $10,000, which he was unable to post.
