On Nov 24 around 5:40pm, Greenwich Police responded to a location in Greenwich on a report of a physical fight involving two men in which one struck the other.
The officers determined that the suspect, Jose Maduro, 54, of Brookside Drive, had created a disturbance and struck an individual.
The victim suffered injuries consisting of redness ans scratches to the sternum.
Furthermore, when the fight took place there were two juveniles present.
Maduro was charged with two counts of Risk of Injury to a Child, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault 3.
His bond was set at $5,000, which he was able to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior court on Nov 26, 2018.
