Around 4:00am on Monday a local man turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on Bruce Place.
Robert Z Jay, 80, whose resides at Agnes Morley Heights on Milbank Ave was wanted by Greenwich Police for Breach of Peace 2 in relation to an incident on Milbank Ave on Dec 15, 2019 around 12:00pm.
Police say that on that date they received a report of an altercation over a parking space on Milbank Ave. Officers developed probable cause to believe Mr. Jay acted in a disorderly manner during the confrontation and applied for and received an arrest warrant.
His bond was set at $5,000 which he was unable to post. He was in police custody at the time of this report and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 17, 2020.
