On Early Sunday morning Greenwich Police spotted a car running while its driver was asleep on Meadow Rd at the intersection of Reginald Street.
Police say the driver, Michael Sondag, 61, of Center Drive in Greenwich displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol consumption.
Additionally police spotted narcotics in plain view within the vehicle.
Sondag was charged with DUI and Illegal Possession. His bond was set at $500 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 10, 2020.
